1. Delivery / 送货

• We provide Canada-wide delivery. Shipping fees depend on your location and item size/weight.

2. Installation / 安装

• Optional professional installation is available for all furniture.

• 所有家具均可选择专业安装服务。

• Installation fees vary by item type. Please refer to our Installation Policy for details.

3. Returns & Refunds / 退货与退款

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

• 符合条件的商品可在送货后 7 天内申请退货。

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• 退货商品必须保持未使用、原包装，并提供购买凭证。

• Shipping, installation, and box disposal fees are non-refundable.

• 运费、安装费及包装处理费不予退还。
