  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • 退货商品必须保持未使用、原始状态,并保留完整包装。

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • 退货需提供购买凭证(订单号或收据)。

Non-Returnable Items / 不可退货商品

  • Assembled or installed furniture.

  • 已组装或已安装的家具。

  • Clearance, final sale, or customized items.

  • 清仓、最终特价或定制商品。

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • 因不当使用或人为损坏的商品。

Return Process / 退货流程

  1. Contact us via phone, email, or WeChat within the return period.

  2. 在退货期限内,请通过电话、邮箱或微信联系我们。

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  4. 客服会确认商品是否符合条件,并提供退货指引。

  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  6. 除非商品存在质量问题或发错货,否则退货运费由顾客承担。

Refund / 退款说明

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • 我们将在收到并检查退货商品后处理退款。

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • 退款将于 7–10 个工作日 内退回至原支付方式。

  • Shipping, installation, and box disposal fees are non-refundable.

  • 运费、安装费及包装处理费不予退还。
